Mike has been employed at the agency since 1999, where he started by filing paperwork, taking pictures and measuring buildings. He received his Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses in 2005. In 2006, Mike graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Business Administration. Mike purchased the agency from his parents in 2014. He achieved his Certified Insurance Service Representation designation from The National Alliance. Mike is lifelong Shawano resident. He and his wife Erin have two children, Maddin and Saylor. Mike enjoys golfing, hunting, sports, boating and traveling. 

Personal line Customer Service Representative

Samantha has been employed at the agency since 2013. She is a lifelong resident of Shawano and is enrolled part-time at UW-GB working on her degree in Business Administration. She specializes in assisting clients, customer relations and creating quotes. Samantha and her significant other, Dillon, have a rescue dog named Byron. They enjoy four-wheeling, horseback riding with their horses, Ellie and Asher, and snowmobiling.

Customer Services Representative

Bethany rejoined the agency in 2017. She has a degree in Marketing from UW-Oshkosh and is a licensed Customer Service Representative. Bethany specializes in assisting current and future clients. She has 5 children and teaches religious education for children at her church. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her boyfriend, Andy, and her family.
